We’ve worked with Matt and the team at Vigilant Connect LLC across a range of projects, including access control installs, low voltage cabling, and both one-off service work and new construction builds. They’ve been reliable and consistent in their execution. Projects are completed as scoped, timelines are met, and communication is clear throughout. The quality of their installs is solid — clean, organized, and done the right way, not rushed. One example that stands out was a memory care door issue we had around 2:00 AM on a weekend. They responded quickly, understood the urgency given the environment, and worked through the issue until it was stabilized and resolved. That kind of responsiveness is critical in our setting. Overall, they do what they say they’re going to do, and I would absolutely call them back for future work.
